Understanding and managing the design process, instigating and controlling an efficient procurement stage and delivering projects on time and within budget comprise the classic ingredients of our service offering.
Whilst service offerings at both extremes of the project cycle have demanded the development of new skills, the core of our processes utilises conventional construction and development management skills.
iWS is a management company and we are construction and property focused. We employ construction professionals direct from the coalface, the right people for the right job.
More and more we have been called upon to apply our skills and experience early in a project cycle.
Knowledge & Services
Our services have been provided to corporate organisations, project sponsors and third parties throughout many diverse business sectors.
This knowledge, which supports a better understanding of, and closer working relations with clients in these sectors, enables us to offer particular services, which are unique from sector to sector.
For example, we support clients in business case preparation and resultant business change implementation.
Working closely with trusted partners, we are able to manage our client's needs across the United Kingdom and Internationally, swiftly through a combination of good local market knowledge and hands on approach to delivery.
Our construction services are offered utilising a variety of approaches to suit our client's own business philosophy. As a result, whilst the majority of our projects are delivered using construction management, a significant percentage are now delivered under some form of fixed price agreement; either design and build, CM GMP or turnkey approach with a dedicated supply chain.
All of our fixed price service offers include the acceptance of a normal contractor's risk profile. All projects are delivered using a professional construction management approach.
